Ross Barkley scored his first Chelsea goal as the Blues breezed past Southampton at St Mary's. Maurizio Sarri's side ran out 3-0 winners to go top of the Premier League ahead of Manchester City's trip to Anfield. The Blues continued to dominate and finally got the goal their play deserved when Barkley fed Eden Hazard, who swept home from 15 yards to earn a 1-0 half-time lead.
