South Sudan President Arrives in Addis AbabaFebruary 23, 2017 - South Sudan President Salva Kiir Mayardit arrived in Addis Ababa for a three-day official visit in the country, according to ENA. Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn has welcomed the Soth Sudanese President upon his arrival at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport. During his stay, President Kiir is expected to discuss with President Mulatu Teshome and Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn on bilateral and issues of mutual interest. The current visit by President Kiir's is expected to further boost the bilateral ties between the two countries. Salva Kiir has been President of South Sudan since its independence in 2011.
