South Korea are bracing for another missile test just days after the sixth nuclear test. Last year, North Korea conducted its fifth nuclear test on the Sept. 9 anniversary. "If we do use it on North Korea, it will be a very sad day for North Korea." South Korea and the United States are technically still at war with North Korea after the 1950-53 Korean conflict ended with a truce, not a peace treaty. North Korea offered fresh vitriol against the pending sanctions, specifically targeting Haley, who this week accused Kim of "begging for war."
