Johnson is a chef with London City and Guilds qualifications and has more than 15 years’ experience designing cake creations. Johnson has worked from home for the past eight years and also set up a New Zealand cake page for registered cake businesses. Cakes are booked eight weeks in advance and the number of cakes Johnson does a week varies depending on how complex they are.
