A South Bend man has been charged in a robbery and death. It happened on February 26 at 2:36 a.m., when police were called to the intersection of West Monroe Street and South Lafayette Boulevard. Surveillance video show Huston and a woman in a maroon Ford Fusion after the shooting, driving away. She had previously lied to police about their whereabouts, on March 2, claiming that Huston threatened to kill her if she said anything. Now, Huston is being charged with murder, armed robbery, and firearm enhancement.
