The NXT vote after distributing minor preferences ranged from 21.7% in Croydon to 38.5% in Heysen. But seat polls in four electorates suggest SA Best is not on track for such a good result. It does, however, suggest that we are right to expect SA Best preferences to be vital in deciding results. These seat polls also confirm something else we’ve suspected: preferences will be crucial in this election, and a lot of seats could go down to the wire.
