The RLTP details the areas that Auckland Transport, New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) and KiwiRail will focus on to respond to the region's transport challenges. 'We pay rates too'Ōtara-Papatoetoe Local Board chair Apulu Reece Autagavaia said residents still had time to have their say. He said with the limited pool of funding from the government, the Airport to Botany project had been put on hold indefinitely. The last stage and Botany interchange would wait until the Airport to Botany project was better understood.
