South Auckland tertiary institute deregistered by NZQAHundreds of students will be impacted by the Aotearoa Tertiary Institute closing its doors. Around 200 international students are being forced to switch education provider after the NZQA deregistered a south Auckland institute. The Aotearoa Tertiary Institute, a private organisation, failed to meet a number of NZQA minimum standards and will be shut down. "NZQA is working with a high quality tertiary education organisation who will provide a full package of learning and support for ATI students," he said. The Aotearoa Tertiary Institute was officially deregistered on January 17.
