Photo: The Evening StarAs I confessed to you in this column a couple of weeks ago, if I could travel back in time, I would love to see the Star Fountain in its pomp in the lower Octagon. Maurice says the trust owns only a few seconds of footage of the Star Fountain. I wonder if it might be worth bringing the fountain back to life as part of the Dunedin City Council's multimillion-dollar plan for revitalising the city centre?
