Andy Holt has done well but in reality they are a club punching above their weight and it’s mainly been down to John Coleman, but it can’t go on forever. Their success has been built on finding really good players from the lower leagues who can step up, and playing to their physical strengths. They lost some good players last summer, Bishop among them, and have not replaced them.
