ARAVINTHANEASY-TO-RETURN policies on China’s e-commerce platforms have led to some consumers exploiting the system by sending back used items, China Press reported. In a recent complaint, a trader from Zhejiang said a buyer claimed that a down-filled jacket she purchased for 633 yuan (RM367) was second-hand and requested a return.
