I think the pandemic will forever change the way teaching happens, and in an interesting way that I don't think was expected. We hear from employers that Fairfield students know what they don't know, and are willing to continuously learn. Because Dr. Nemec has the philosophy that he does, I felt at liberty to admit when there’s something I don’t know. Our identity crisis is also the result of the fact that we’ve largely been forced to assimilate to the organization’s identity and standards throughout our careers.
