SULTAN KUDARAT: The 549 Engineer Battalion facilitated the completion of the construction of a Masjid inside the 601st Infantry Brigade headquarters in Barangay Kalandagan, Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat. Lt. Col. Lorvina Lamug, the newly installed battalion commander of the 549th Engineer “Kapayapaan” Battalion was tasked by Brig. Gen Cacayuran to expedite the Construction of the U-Mosque in 28 days. After a systematic engineering construction work, the Masjid was completed on October 6. The inauguration of the Mosque was attended by Sultan Kudarat Gov.
