Police said Sgt Major 1st Class Thirakhom Sianchom, 35, was found hanging by the neck from a coconut tree in a rice field near his house in Ban Bo Wai, Tambon Pho Rai Wan. A doctor estimated he’d been dead for about eight hours. His father, Li Sianchom, said Thirakhom had complained about a work-related problem.
