Calvin Klein’s Miami Beach residence has sold for $13.15m, according to Douglas Elliman Executive Vice President Pablo Alfaro, who facilitated the sale. Furnishings and antiques by designer Axel Vervoordt are included in the sale, Douglas Elliman says. Back in 2015, Klein told the New York Post that when it came time to sell his Miami Beach home, he'd be picky in choosing a buyer. A buyer for his Miami Beach estate has yet to be named. Sales overall in Miami Beach have seen prices decline 2.1 % on average, while days on the market have ticked up from 68 to 80 days, according to the recent Douglas Elliman Market Report.
