Software companies benefitting from demand for productivity tools and medical instrument manufacturers profiting from growth in China’s healthcare industry were among the best performers on the latest edition of Forbes China’s “Up and Comers List,” the magazine’s annual survey of the country’s top small and medium businesses released on March 20.
