A package of 102 billion CFAF has been allocated for youth orientation, training and financing of specific income-generating activities. The 2017 plan of action that kicked off effectively with the donation of equipment and other resources stipulates that:- 500.000 youths shall benefit from sensitisation and orientation in specific domains. - 200.000 youths shall receive technical and entrepreneurial training in collaboration with Non-Governmental bodies. - 160.000 youths shall receive finances for pre-approved income-generating activities.
