FIFA will choose host cities for the 2026 World Cup from among 23 candidates in the U.S., Mexico and Canada on Thursday, setting the stage for the largest, most challenging tournament in World Cup history. The Rose Bowl, which played host to eight games in the 1994 men’s World Cup, including the final, and four games in the 1999 women’s World Cup, including the final, is also on the list.
