Losing a job is never easy, no matter the circumstances. Maybe you were one of many in a massive downsizing, or perhaps the position on your team was eliminated. As a career coach, I often get new clients at this stage in their career. Think back to what you wished you were doing when you were stuck inside at your desk instead. You won’t be jobless forever, but being responsible with your finances right away will save you a ton of stress and unnecessary headaches if the job hunt takes longer than anticipated.
