Environment Canada has issued snowfall and winter storm warnings for parts of southern Quebec and Ontario. Snowfall has already begun near the Ontario border and in the mountains in the southern part of the Eastern Townships. In Montreal, between two and four centimetres is expected on Monday, with the temperature hovering around -1 C.Areas further north could see significantly more snow. Environment Canada issued warnings for heavy snow and snow squalls in parts of Ontario and Quebec.
