Ireland is set for yet more rainfall with Met Éireann warning of another six days of showers as three Status Yellow alerts were issued for 12 counties. A Status Yellow wind warning was issued for Dublin, Wexford, Wicklow, Meath and Louth. A Status Yellow rain warning has been issued for Cork, Waterford, Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Wicklow and Dublin from 11pm on Tuesday until 11pm on Wednesday. A Status Yellow rain and snow warning was issued for Donegal, Sligo and Leitrim, from 2am on Wednesday until 2pm. The good news is that the rainfall will herald milder weather with overnight temperatures climbing above freezing after the Arctic weather of last weekend.
