Irish-headquartered packaging giant Smurfit Westrock has signed an agreement to become a sponsorship partner with the Ryder Cup, which takes place in Adare Manor next year. Smurfit Westrock will be a worldwide partner and packaging innovation partner for the next three editions of the showpiece event, including the centenary event in the Mid West in September 2027, as well as further tournaments in Hazeltine in Minnesota in 2029 and Camiral on Spain's Costa Brava in 2031.
