Not really. That's a major oversimplification. There are trade deals that reduce costs for American consumers and business and military alliances that stabilize trade and prevent/deter war that would disrupt markets and needlessly raise costs for everyone. I know is popular to make claims that anything outside our own borders is inconsequential or inherently corrupt and a net harm to America but that's generally not the case. There are specific things that are problems that need to be addressed on a case by case basis.
