It’s been a week to remember for Slough Town’s Leon Chambers-Parillon who has committed his future to the Rebels after scoring a late winner in Saturday’s 4-3 win at Torquay United. Slough stoked their play-off hopes with Saturday’s impressive win over play-off rivals, coming from behind on three occasions before finally turning the tide in their favour at the death. It looked like the thrilling match at Plainmoor might finish honours even until the 91st minute when Chambers-Parillon grabbed an injury-time winner. Leon joined the Rebels last summer following an earlier loan spell from Oxford United which was prematurely ended by injury in April 2022. “I’ve really enjoyed this season for many different reasons and I’m already looking forward to the next 18 months.
