A police spokeswoman said the slip consisted of mainly rocks, and had occurred at around 9:40pm between Perth St and Kaiwharawhara Rd. "That area has been cordoned off, and it has reduced speed limit signs and traffic control there," she said. "The rocks are hard to see on the road, 300 metres from the corner of the Ngaio Gorge and Perth St intersection."
