Sixth pedestrian-vehicle collision in St. John's in a week


Another pedestrian has been struck by a vehicle in St. John's. At 2:21 a.m. Saturday, it was reported that a taxi struck a man at the intersection of Casey and Brazil streets in the city's downtown area. It is not known at this time how serious the man's injuries are. Last weekend, three separate taxi-pedestrian accidents were reported, with two more vehicle-pedestrian collisions in the following days.
