KUALA LUMPUR: Rogue cops who tried steal money from a money changer here were nabbed after their actions were caught on CCTV. The arrested policemen - an inspector and five others - were arrested by city police early Tuesday (May 21). The suspects offered to "settle the case" for RM200,000, which the complainant paid after obtaining it from his house. He then paid the money to the suspects at a bus stop near Jalan Tun Perak here. "We are viewing this case seriously and would not compromise with any police officer or civilian involved in criminal activities.
