Six people have died following the Saba Saba protests that rocked the country on Friday, Interior CS Kithure Kindiki has said. The CS on Monday said several police officers were also injured during the protests called by Azimio leader Raila Odinga. He insisted that such extreme behaviours must stop and dared the opposition to stage another demonstration on Wednesday. "I am waiting for them... Let me tell them that the country does not belong to them alone, it is for all of us," Kindiki said. Kindiki spoke at Igoji market when he opened the new Igoji sub-county headquarters and presided over the installation of the first Deputy County Commissioner.
