The vehicle that belongs to NMOA Sacco was transporting a body and 32 mourners to Nyakach when the incident occurred. One of the mourners said that the vehicle overturned when the driver attempted to avoid a hole on the road. The police boss tied the accident to the ongoing road construction in the area which is complicating issues for motorists. He further added that the body was transferred to another vehicle after which the uninjured mourners proceeded with their journey as planned. The vehicle was towed to the Othoro Police Station by traffic officers who were on the ground.
