Six constituencies are on the spot for failing to account for Sh59.1 million according to the latest report of the Auditor General tabled in Parliament. SH3 MILLIONThe audit report indicates how projects are left halfway while others are never completed despite depleting the money meant for them. At Hubuini Primary School, Sh1 million that was allocated for the completion of an administration block was exhausted yet the work was not complete. The report indicates that only roofing was completed while flooring, plastering and painting works had not even commenced. In Soy Constituency, the report indicates that Sh800, 000 was allocated for the construction of a classroom at Moi’s Bridge Secondary School.
