Tomorrow, you plan to do much of the same. You may start to list all the reasons why you can't take tomorrow off: You haven’t had time to prepare your assistant or your staff. But here are six reasons why I advise throwing caution to the wind and playing hooky tomorrow. I know it can be hard, but try to let other team members own areas of responsibility within the business. I encourage each and every one of you to take tomorrow off.
