The Stade de France showdown had been thrown into major doubt following a Covid-19 outbreak in Les Bleus squad. But after a fresh round of negative test results, France have now been given the go ahead to host Gregor Townsend's squad. Head coach Fabian Galthie, forwards coach William Servat and star scrum-half Antoine Dupont were also among the early positive tests. Scotland beat England to win the Calcutta Cup in their first game but lost to Wales at home the following week.
