CLEVELAND—Police said a 12-year-old boy was fatally shot and five other teens were wounded in a shooting near a Cleveland liquor store Friday night. Police said the victims were boys ranging in age from 12 to 16 years, adding that the boy fatally shot had stepped outside of the store with his father after the shooting started and was struck by a stray bullet.
