Share TweetBy Jun RamirezThe Bureau of Immigration (BI) said Thursday Australian nun Sister Patricia Anne Fox may still appeal to Malacanang, the Supreme Court or the Department of Justice to reconsider the deportation order issued against her. BI legal officials made the statement following the denial of her motion for reconsideration seeking to reverse the deportation order which becomes final and executory 30 days upon receipt. BI Spokesperson Dana Krizia Sandoval clarified Fox’s accusations that the BI had prejudged the case based on the pronouncement of President Rodrigo Duterte that Fox is an undesirable alien. “A deportation order was issued against Sister Fox for violating the conditions of her visa and for being undesirable,” said Sandoval.
