FILE: The president is continuously following up all details related to the education development programCAIRO - 24 December 2018: Education Minister Tarek Shawqi asserted on Sunday evening that President Abdel Fattah El Sisi pays a significant attention to building the Egyptian personality. “The president is continuously following up all details related to the education development program,” Shawqi said in a press statement. Shawqi furhter added that the Discover Book, which is a book gathering math, science and social studies to be taught in the new education system, was published in adherence with the International baccalaureate system. About the Japanese schools, Shawqi said that the idea of these schools came from Sisi's admiration with the way the Japanese personality is built. Shawqi dubbed the new education system in Egypt as “revolutionary.”According to Shawqi, Egypt will take part in an education conference in England in January.
