FILE- Egypt’s President Abdel Fatah al-SisiCAIRO – 24 December 2018: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has allocated 80 million pounds of the Tahya Misr Fund in support of people with special needs.The president made the announcement Monday while attending a celebration marking the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. "People with special needs in Egypt represent 9-10 percent of the total population", the president said, extending thanks to the organizers of the great ceremony.
