Siri helped a quick-thinking boy in England save his unconscious mom’s life. Roman, 4, used his mother’s thumb to unlock her iPhone before asking Apple’s voice assistant for help after she passed out at their home in Croydon, South London, on March 7. Siri dialed the emergency service number and the child informed a dispatcher what had happened. “It’s an amazing story,” Chief Superintendent Ade Adelekan, from London’s Metropolitan Police Service, said in a statement. “Thanks to his quick thinking and by asking ‘Siri’ for help, this little boy saved his mum’s life and it means she is still here and can be extremely proud of him and his brothers,” Adelekan added.
