Deputy Minister for Education Mohibul Hassan Chowdhoury approved a file on Sunday in this regard, reports UNB. Both the principal and the lecturer are now in jail in the case filed over the killing of the madrasa student. She was attacked for refusing to withdraw a case her family had filed last month against now-suspended madrasa Principal Sirajuddaula, for sexually harassing and assaulting her. The 18-year-old girl succumbed to her injuries at Dhaka Medical College Hospital on April 10.
