Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) confirmed to Stuff this week Sir Tim’s licence had been suspended following days of speculation. Sir Tim was unable to be reached for comment today and is yet to reveal why his licence has been suspended. There were no records of driving matters relating to Sir Tim coming before the Invercargill District Court.
