Casemiro was superb during his first season at the club but he’s been plagued by injury and poor form this season. While that would cost United around £20m, Casemiro would be off the books and his departure would significantly decrease the club’s wage bill. But those parties are unwilling to put up a fee for the former Real Madrid star.
