SINGAPORE (Oct 26): Sino Grandness Food Industry Group said on Wednesday that it has secured the exclusive marketing rights for a longan essence health supplement for mainland China and Hong Kong. The marketing rights were awarded by Thai-based PM Group Company and will be effective for 20 years, ending at end August, 2037. The health supplement, known as P80 Natural Essence, was developed by Chiang Mai University’s Faculty of Agro-Industry and endorsed by the Faculties of Medicine, Pharmacy and Food Science. The marketing agreement remains subject to approval by Sino Grandness’ shareholders. Shares of Sino Grandness closed 1.5 Singaporean cents lower at 34.5 cents on Wednesday.
