The Lot 15 development, which sits on 2.23 acres, is made up of two 20-storey residential units and three levels of retail space. "Lot 15 is at the right location and we're offering the right prices with freehold ownership," said Sime Darby Property Bhd chief operation and transformation officer Datuk Wan Hashimi Albakri. We expect good take-up rates," he said at the launch of Lot 15, here, today. Sime Darby Property PRIME members can look forward to a special additional discount of up to 3 per cent on their purchase.
