Competing in the Senior Women’s Weight for Distance (28lbs) event, Laura's third throw, a staggering 6.46 metres, took second place and into the national roll of honour. “For many years now Laura has been excelling at a county, provincial and national level and the club is truly proud of her efforts. The championships were held at the National Indoor Arena on the Sport Ireland Campus in Abbotstown, Dublin.
