In time to celebrate Silversea Cruises’ 25th anniversary, the line’s new ship Silver Moon touched water in late summer of 2019 at the Fincantieri shipyard in Ancona, Italy. Silver Moon is the newest vessel in the Silversea Cruises fleet. The new Silver Moon will have a crew of 411 and a guest capacity of 596 which makes for a nifty crew-to-guest ratio of nearly 1:1.5. While undergoing certain redesigns, Silver Moon will largely echo the successful features of its sister, the flagship Silver Muse.
