MANILA, Philippines — Storm Warning Signal No. 1 has been raised in the Bicol and Visayas area as tropical depression "Urduja" moves closer towards Eastern Samar. "Urduja" is forecasted to make landfall over Eastern Samar between Thursday night and Friday morning. Storm Warning Signal No. Visayas and the regions of Bicol, Caraga and northern Mindanao will expereicen scattered to widespread rains within 24 hours.
