St George look all but confirmed as BetKing Ethiopia Premier League Champions for 2022/23 season after Bahir Dar City failed to get a favourable result against Sidama Coffee. However, it was two exciting games as the Coffee teams, Sidama Coffee and Ethiopia Coffee impacted the title race. Firew Solomon opened scoring for Sidama Coffee in the 19th minute against Bahir Dar City. Salahdin Seid made the scoreline 3-0 on 74 minutes as the wheels fell off for Bahir Dar City. Elsewhere, St George and Ethiopia Coffee played out a goalless first half but lots of excitement for the colourful fans.
