Thomas Rawlings, 35, groomed and exploited some of his victims by making them believe they were in a relationship with him. Rawlings, a registered sex offender, was first convicted in 2012 on 15 counts of making indecent images of children. He would book hotels for them to meet in, where he groomed and exploited her into a sexual relationship with him, police said.
