They were last seen at the Muizenberg LibrarySisters Vanessa “Kinelley” and Kimberly Mubaiwa were reportedly working on a school project at the library. According to their father Douglas Mubaiwa, the duo was seen leaving the library before closing time at 14:00. “We checked the video footage at KFC and saw that it was not our children who were in the car. “We are trying to search again from the library, to see where they went from there. “A missing person’s enquiry has been opened at Muizenberg police and is currently under investigation.
