Brian Kobiero was found dead in Ugenya, Siaya county. It is alleged that the man harmed himself on Thursday morning after spending his last night alive with his father in Ugenya. A man who was seated next to the unidentified woman raised the alarm with the public service vehicle's conductor after he noticed she was unresponsive. While at the hospital, the woman, who was heading to Ruai, was pronounced dead.
