Shubham Housing provides housing credit to people employed in the informal sector. “They are looking to raise close to $100 million from private equity funds. According to data from the Registrar of Companies (RoC), Shubham Housing reported revenue of Rs.51.9 crore in 2014-15, compared to Rs.24.8 crore a year earlier. This trend is likely to continue,” said Sanjay Chaturvedi, chief executive officer of Shubham Housing.
